What this site collects
Two things: what you type into the contact form, and standard server access logs.
The contact form
Your name, email address, company, project type, budget range and message are emailed to info@wpvelocity.dev and stored in this site’s database so an enquiry is never lost to a mail failure. They are used to answer you and nothing else — no newsletter, no CRM, no third-party marketing tool. Ask at any time and the record is deleted.
Spam protection
The form checks a hidden field, how long the form was open, and how many submissions have come from your network in the last fifteen minutes. Your IP address is hashed for that last check and is never stored in readable form.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no third-party fonts or scripts. WordPress sets a cookie only if you log in or leave a comment.
Your rights
Write to info@wpvelocity.dev for a copy of anything held about you, a correction, or deletion.
